Carrla Leszcynski has a diverse work experience background. Carrla started their career as a Substitute Teacher at Bells ISD in 2006 and worked there until 2009. Carrla then joined A Bunch of Short Guys as a member and stayed with the company until 2010. In 2010, Carrla worked as a Production Coordinator for Extreme Home Makeover Claymation segment at the Art Institute of Dallas: Student Project. Carrla was responsible for maintaining file structures and ensuring the production was completed on schedule. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Full Time Student at The Art Institute of Dallas, where they gained further skills. Carrla then worked as a Freelance Modeler from 2011 to 2021, taking on various modeling projects independently. Since 2015, they have been working at GameTime as a GFRC Department Lead, where they specialize in clay sculpting, silicone molding, airbrushing, and concrete carving. As of January 2021, Carrla also holds the position of Gametime Designer at the company.

Carrla Leszcynski, CPSI, has an education history that includes various degrees and areas of study. Carrla attended The Art Institutes from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Game Art and Design. During this time, their field of study focused on Game Art and Design. Additionally, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Media Arts and Animation, with a specialization in Modeling and Texturing. In 1988, they also briefly attended Texas Lutheran University for General Education, although no degree was specified.
