Sr. Director Support and Operations at Gametime

Jon M. has been working in customer support and operations roles since 2001. Jon started as the Director of Customer Support at Roxio, Inc. and then moved to Logitech, Inc. as the Director of Global Customer Support in 2004. In 2008, they became the Sr. Manager Global Customer Care at Apple and then moved to Yahoo! as the Director of Business Planning & Operations in 2010. In the same year, they founded Serious CX, a consulting practice focused on helping companies create amazing customer experiences. In 2013, they became the Sr. Director of Customer Care at Anki, Inc. and then moved to Redbeacon as the Sr. Director of Operations in 2012. In 2017, they were the Head of Support at Robinhood and the Director of Customer Experience at Kare Knowledgeware. Currently, they are the Sr. Director Support and Operations at Gametime United.

Jon M. attended the University of Oklahoma from 1984 to 1988 and studied Communications. Jon obtained a National "D" license from the United States Soccer Federation in August 2014.
