Daniel Drew is the current Director of Facilities, Procurement & Administration at Gamma Aerospace. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Change Management at Gamma Aerospace from January 2021 to January 2022. In this role, they were responsible for providing comprehensive leadership, expertise, and direction to design, development, and delivery of change programs for the company's procurement, facilities management, and business administration functions. Daniel was also tasked with managing a vendor portfolio of more than $10M and leading procurement processes for raw materials, building maintenance, and environmental consulting.

Drew's proudest achievement to date includes boosting brand awareness with a $60K rebranding initiative that focused on press communications and marketing content development. Daniel also served as the Director of Business Development at Cadence Aerospace from January 2019 to December 2020 and as the Mayor/CEO of the City of Middletown, CT from January 2011 to December 2019.

Daniel Drew received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Connecticut. Daniel then went on to receive a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology & Organizational Development from Columbia University.
