François Boige has extensive work experience in the field of electrics and power electronics. François currently holds the position of Electrics / Power Electronics Developer at Gamma Technologies since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Power Design Technologies SA, where they served as the Chief Scientific Officer from September 2020 to June 2021. Before this role, they worked as a Research and Development Engineer at the same company from September 2019 to September 2020.

Before joining Power Design Technologies SA, François gained valuable research experience at Laboratoire plasma et conversion d'énergie (Laplace) as a Researcher Phd Candidate from September 2016 to September 2019. Their research focused on the characterization and extended compact electrothermal modeling of the SiC MOSFET, including its failure modes, with an application to the design of integrated protection systems close to the control circuit. François also worked as a Research Intern at the same laboratory from March 2016 to August 2016.

François started their career with a research stage at King's College London in May 2014, where they gained practical research experience.

Overall, François Boige has a strong background in electrics and power electronics, with experience in both research and development roles.

François Boige began their education in 2010 at Lycée Rouvière, where they pursued a CPGE degree in PTSI-PT until 2012. Following this, from 2012 to 2013, they attended École Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on SAPHIRE. Continuing their studies at the same institution, François pursued a Master's degree in Engineering Sciences and Technologies from 2013 to 2014. François then completed a Master's degree in Formation des Enseignants pour le Supérieur (FESup) from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, François enrolled at École Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay once again and obtained a Master 2 degree in Physics and Energy Engineering (PIE) by 2016. Finally, from 2016 to 2019, François Boige attended Toulouse INP, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Electrical Engineering.
