Shaun Binkley

Shaun Binkley has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Shaun started their career at Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service, where they worked as a First Line Technical Helpdesk Operator from an unknown start date until 2011. Shaun then moved on to the role of Second Line Systems Support Technician at the same company until 2013.

In 2013, Shaun joined Stonegate IT as a Second Line IT support and projects specialist. Their role involved handling escalated calls, conducting technical audits, providing onsite support, and assisting with MS Exchange migrations and Windows server infrastructure.

In 2015, Shaun joined M24Seven as a Second Line Technical Services Analyst. During their time at M24Seven, they successfully migrated the company's Gmail to Office 365, planned and rolled out AirWatch Mobile Device Management, and contributed to the planning and implementation of virtual machines over an MPLS network.

In 2017, Shaun moved to Gamma as a Third Line Junior Infrastructure Engineer. Shaun gradually progressed to the positions of Third Line Infrastructure Engineer and IT Engineering Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of IT at Gamma.

Overall, Shaun Binkley has gained significant experience in various IT roles, demonstrating their expertise in technical support, system migration, infrastructure planning, and management.

Shaun Binkley attended Hutton Grammar School but did not provide the start and end year. After completing their studies at Hutton Grammar School, they attended Runshaw College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in ICT Practitioner.

In addition to their formal education, Shaun Binkley has also obtained several certifications. Shaun became a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals in December 2020, a Robotic Process Automation Professional V11.0 from Automation Anywhere in April 2020, and an ITIL Foundation v4 from BCS in September 2015. Prior to these certifications, they achieved Exam 411: Administering Windows Server 2012 in April 2015 and MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional in August 2014. Shaun also completed Exam 410: Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012 in April 2014.
