Eusoffe Chua

Eusoffe Chua has extensive work experience in various industries. Eusoffe started their career as a Sales Executive at e-cop.net Sdn Bhd in 2001. Eusoffe then worked as a Manager in the Personal Financial Services Division at United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) from 2002 to 2005. During this time, they achieved top sales performance and was involved in product development and marketing for loans to consumers.

In 2005, Eusoffe Chua became the Managing Director and co-owner of Skateline Malaysia Sdn Bhd, where they successfully set up the Malaysian operations of the largest inline skate company in the region and created a new market for the sport. Eusoffe held this position until 2016.

From 2007 to 2010, Eusoffe Chua performed a management buyout of Skateline Pte Ltd's Singapore HQ business and served as the Managing Director and co-owner.

In 2010, Eusoffe Chua joined TA Enterprise Bhd as a Senior Vice President, where they managed a small team focused on corporate deals origination. Eusoffe remained with the company until 2017.

From 2014 to 2017, Eusoffe Chua worked at TA Global BHD, first as the Head of Group Sales & Marketing, where they successfully launched a serviced residence project, and then as the Head of Group Leasing and Property Management, where they turned around a stalled construction project.

In 2017, Eusoffe Chua became the CEO of Tower REIT, part of the Hong Leong Group. In this role, they initiated and completed the acquisition of GuocoTower Damansara Heights, increasing the REIT asset base. Eusoffe held the position until 2021.

Currently, Eusoffe Chua is employed at GAMUDA LAND, where they serve as the Executive Director of Business Development and the Chief Commercial Officer.

Eusoffe Chua received a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Multimedia University in 2001.
