Vice President of Customer Success at GAN Integrity

Philip Schwartz has a strong background in customer success and account management. Philip is currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Success at GAN Integrity, where they lead the Customer Success team and post-sales operations. Prior to their current role, Philip was the Vice President of Customer Success & Account Management at Shareablee, Inc. Philip played a significant role in Shareablee's successful exit through acquisition by Comscore in December 2021. In this position, Philip led the entire post-sales operations and was responsible for a portfolio of over 200 customers worth over $12M ARR. Philip achieved renewals, 30% account growth, and built strategic relationships with key clients. As a member of the Executive Leadership Committee, they delivered team vision and results to the Board of Directors.

Before Shareablee, Philip worked as a Consultant/Insight Onsite Team member at Insight Partners. Philip collaborated with a large international private equity group and was involved in the management and development of early-stage software and technology companies. Philip oversaw ambitious programs and ensured the fulfillment of department goals.

Philip also has experience at IRI, where they held multiple roles. As the Director of Account Management, they managed customer partnerships and guided the team towards target achievement, increasing portfolio sales by 30% over three years. Philip also served as a Senior Account Executive, Account Executive, and Junior Account Executive, conducting in-depth analyses, creating and delivering presentations to customers, and developing new analytical techniques.

Philip Schwartz graduated from the University of Cape Town in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics. Philip then attended the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town from 2009 to 2010, where they pursued a postgraduate degree in Business (Enterprise Management), specializing in Commerce.
