Claire Bailiss

Claire Bailiss has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Claire started their career as a Human Resources Manager at EMI Group plc, where they worked for almost a decade. In 2003, they joined Turner Broadcasting System as a Human Resources Manager, providing HR services to corporate executives and later focusing on the London news bureau and EMEA offices of Cable News International (CNNI). Claire then worked as an HR Business Partner at Ask.com, where they collaborated closely with management teams and was responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and strategic HR initiatives. Currently, Claire holds the position of Director, HR (Europe) at GAN, where they serve as a HR business partner to the Senior Management Team, driving company performance, profitability, and strategic goals. Claire is also a generalist HR Manager for GAN's London office and satellite operations in the United States and Bulgaria, overseeing all aspects of HR.
