Stephanie Adams

Stephanie Adams, LMSW, currently serves as Program Manager at Gang Alternative, Inc. since March 2021. Previously, Stephanie held the position of Executive Director at Asbury House Child Enrichment Center, where a successful transition from Program Director was achieved, resulting in a $43,000 budget surplus for the organization in 2020. Stephanie has extensive experience in leading nonprofit initiatives, grant writing, community engagement, and staff development. Additional roles include Therapist at Magnolia Behavioral Hospital and various marketing and administrative positions at Grace Crossing United Methodist Church and retirement communities. Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Miami University.
