Valerie Haven Gugger

Valerie Haven Gugger is an experienced professional in human resources and people analytics, currently serving as Manager of People Analytics at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK since June 2020, after previously holding the position of Senior People Analytics Specialist. Prior to this role, Valerie worked at RSM US LLP from September 2012 to May 2020, advancing through various positions including HR Talent Analytics Senior and HR Talent Analytics Associate, where responsibilities included managing nominations for leadership programs and supporting year-end compensation processes.
