Wilson Griffin

Director, Sustainable Innovation at Gap

Wilson Griffin is the Director of Sustainable Innovation at Gap Inc. Wilson has been with the company since May of 2015 and in their current role, they lead the renewable energy strategy and procurement for Gap Inc. This includes onsite, offsite, and aggregate deals from 3MW to utility scale.

In addition to their work with renewable energy, Wilson has also been responsible for developing and socializing climate goals and strategies across operated facilities and supply chain for Gap Inc. Wilson has also designed and implemented waste diversion solutions to improve recycling, reuse, and end of life for packaging waste.

Prior to joining Gap Inc., Wilson was the Founder of Produce Fresh Apparel, a sustainable menswear brand featuring a line of shirts, hats and sweatshirts printed locally in Brooklyn and made with domestically grown organic cotton.

Before their work in the fashion industry, Wilson worked as a Senior Associate at Rainforest Alliance from January 2010 to April 2015.

Wilson Griffin graduated from Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts.
