Janani Perera

Janani Perera has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Receptionist and Trainee Customer Coordinator at Idac (Pvt) Ltd. In 2015, they joined Huawei Technologies Lanka Co., where they initially served as a Front Office Coordinator and later transitioned into the role of Executive Front Office Coordinator and Personal Assistant for the CEO. In 2018, Janani worked as a Fashion Design Intern at MAS Holdings. Following this, in 2019, they joined GoPro Consultancy as a Lead Generation Specialist. In the same year, they also started working at Jobenvoy.com as an Executive specializing in Talent Mapping. Most recently, since November 2020, Janani has been employed at Gapstars, initially as a Talent Acquisition Executive and currently occupying the position of Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition.

Janani Perera started their education at Holy Family Convent in Colombo 4, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned. In 2016, they attended the Sri Lanka Institute of Fashion Design and Product Development, where they pursued an Advanced Diploma in Fashion/Apparel Design until 2018. Janani also attained a Certificate in Fashion Design from Raffles Design Institute in 2017. Recently, they have been studying at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) since 2020, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. In 2020, Janani obtained a CCHRM degree, and the following year, they pursued a DPHRM degree from the same institution.
