Shishir Gandhi

Shishir Gandhi has a diverse work experience, starting in 2006 at ICICI Lombard where they worked as a Sales Manager and later as a Product Manager, focusing on key relationship management, building new tie-ups, and implementing strategies. In 2010, Shishir founded InsureTech Assistance, initially intending to establish a POSP aggregator in the insurance distribution space, but later transitioning into a consultancy firm that assisted B2C companies with insurance distribution strategies and execution. Shishir then joined MyCare Health Solutions Pvt Ltd in 2012 as a Founder Member and Executive Director, responsible for technology management, product and commercial underwriting, operations, and partner and vendor development. Currently, Shishir is the Co-Founder of GarageWorks.in, a two-wheeler management platform where they supervise overall company functioning, product management, and growth strategy.

Shishir Gandhi completed their secondary education at M.E.S Indian School from 1988 to 2001. Afterward, they attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including "Health for All Through Primary Health Care" from Coursera in February 2013, "Associate, General Insurance" from the Insurance Institute of India in May 2012, and "Mutual Funds Distribution" from NISM in April 2013.
