Doug Hartley

Doug Hartley has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Doug is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Garco Construction, Inc. since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Sealed Air Corporation for several years, starting as a Manufacturing Engineer in 2000 and eventually becoming the Plant Manager from May 2017 to May 2021. In between, they also served as the Plant engineer-maintenance manager from February 2012 to April 2017. Before joining Sealed Air Corporation, Doug worked at Precision Machine Works PMW as a Facilities Manager from May 2008 to January 2012. Doug also held the role of Operations Manager at Hummingbird Scientific from January 2007 to December 2008. Doug's early career includes roles at Sealed Air Corporation as the Technical-Maintenance Manager & Environmental Director from March 2000 to December 2007, and at Precision aerospace & composites as a Manufacturing Engineer, Product Cell Manager, and Production Manager between 1997 and 2000.

Doug Hartley has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial, which they obtained from Western Washington University from 1989 to 1992. Prior to that, they attended Green River College from 1988 to 1989 and earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications such as Procore Certification in Project Manager from Procore Technologies in August 2021 and a Green Belt Certification (GB) from Moresteam University in December 2015.
