Rita Mackzum

Rita Mackzum has a strong background in management and customer service. Rita began their career at Sofa Express in 1999 as a Department Manager, where they oversaw department operations for three years. In 2003, they joined The Robert Allen Group as a Client Manager, managing client relationships for three years. Rita then moved on to iFLOOR.com in 2006, where they served as a Store Manager for four years. Following their time at iFLOOR.com, they worked at inSync Lighting as a Customer Service Manager for three years. Currently, Rita is employed at Gardant Management Solutions as a Tax Credit Compliance Manager, responsible for making decisions at the property level and ensuring income eligibility.

Rita Mackzum began their education at Sycamore High School from 1975 to 1979, where they pursued a diploma with a focus on Marketing Education. In 1987, they attended the International Correspondence School for Interior Decorating. Most recently, in 2014, Rita completed a program at Housing Credit College, earning a degree as a Site Compliance Specialist.
