Linda Winter

Linda Winter is currently the Learning and Development Manager at Garden House Hospice Care. Previously, Linda held the same position at The Camping and Caravanning Club. Linda has also served as an Investors in People Specialist at Lantra, Director at Purple Turtle Associates Ltd, and Training Consultant at McDonald's Restaurants Ltd. Linda has a Master's degree in Occupational Psychology from the University of Hertfordshire and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Reading. Linda's expertise lies in designing and delivering training programs for large teams and promoting the 'Investors in People' framework in various organizations.
