Beka Rich has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Beka began their career as an intern at Seminole Boosters, Inc., where they contributed to the monthly newsletter and assisted with marketing and fundraising projects. Beka then worked as an intern at Rodney Rich & Company, performing secretarial and administrative duties. Beka gained legal experience by working as an intern at Levin, Papantonio, Thomas, Mitchell, Rafferty, & Proctor, P.A., where they handled client and legal expert correspondence. Beka continued to work at the same firm as a legal assistant, responsible for developing and filing legal discovery documents for mass tort lawsuits.

Looking to expand their skills, Beka took on the role of research assistant at the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law. Beka later joined United Way of Northeast Florida as a community builder, managing campaign accounts and working with employee campaign coordinators.
