Jay Hebert

Jay Hebert currently serves as Vice President at PeopleWorks since March 2024. Previously, Jay held the position of Executive Sales Recruiter at The Garland Company, Inc. from April 2005, where responsibilities included leadership in sales recruitment for a prominent roofing and building envelope solutions provider. Prior experience includes roles as an Account Executive at The Christopher Group, where Jay built relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech companies for various search assignments, and at the Cleveland Cavaliers, focusing on sales of season tickets and premium seating. Jay started a career as a Full-Time Intern with the New York Yankees, assisting in preparations for Major League Baseball's June 2001 Amateur Draft. Education includes a Master's in Sports Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor's in Economics Management from Ohio Wesleyan University.
