Andrey Dovletov

Andrey Dovletov has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in compliance and internal audit roles. Andrey currently serves as the Corporate Compliance Officer and Director of Audit and HIPAA Privacy at Garnet Health since February 2023. Prior to this, Andrey worked as the Director of Internal Audit at Richmond University Medical Center from September 2019 until February 2023. Before that, they were the Director of Compliance at St. John's Episcopal Hospital from May 2017 to September 2019. Andrey also held positions at Centerlight Health System as the Director of Government Product Program Management from December 2014 to April 2016, at EmblemHealth as a Compliance Administrator from October 2013 to November 2014, at Touchstone Health as the Director of Compliance and Internal Audit from July 2011 to October 2013, at Saint Barnabas Health Care System as a Compliance Auditor from February 2008 to July 2011, and at Blue Cross Blue Shield of TN as an In-Charge Auditor from May 2005 to February 2008. At Blue Cross Blue Shield of TN, Andrey successfully saved $10 million in Medicare and Medicaid program funds through effective and timely completion of audit inventory.

Andrey Dovletov holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Public Health from the University of Bridgeport, which was obtained from 2020 to 2021. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Finance from the same university, completing their studies from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, Andrey Dovletov has obtained certifications in healthcare compliance from the Compliance Certification Board (CCB), SCCE & HCCA in November 2018 and as a Certified Public Accountant from the Department of Consumer Affairs, State of Connecticut in December 2014.
