Deborah Yarnal

Deborah Yarnal has over 25 years of experience in project and program management. Deborah began their career in 1994 as a Manager of Information Technology and Systems Analyst/Methodologist for Apria Healthcare. In 1998, they moved to Network Catalyst as the Director of Professional Services. Deborah then joined Fidelity National Information Services in 2000 as the Director of Project Management Office. In 2003, Deborah returned to Apria Healthcare as the Director of Enterprise Project Management Office. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as the Vice President of Program Delivery Information Systems, Program Management Office/Outsource & Consolidation, and Enterprise Portfolio Management & Strategic Governance at Apria Healthcare. In 2012, Deborah joined Price Chopper Supermarkets as the Director of Program Management Office and Senior Program Manager, Consultant. In 2017, they moved to Price Chopper Supermarkets-Market 32 as the Garnet River Director of Project Management - Program Delivery. In 2019, they joined PISA BioPharm/CAB Enterprises as the Garnet River Director of Project Management - Program Delivery. Deborah currently works as the Director of Project Management - Business & Technology at Garnet River since 2020.

Deborah Yarnal holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Vermont. Deborah also has certifications in Contracts Management from the University of California, Irvine, Project Management from the University of Irvine, California, and Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
