Jorge Cuen

Jorge Cuen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as the Mexicali Senior Technical Manager at Garrett - Advancing Motion since February 2023. With a career spanning from May 2007 to the present, Jorge has held various leadership roles, including AME America Manager and NPI Manager, where responsibilities included developing manufacturing strategies, executing investment plans, coordinating new product introductions, and improving key performance indicators. A strong advocate for process efficiency and flexibility, Jorge has successfully implemented numerous projects that led to significant capacity increases and technology transfers within the organization, demonstrating a commitment to driving operational excellence. Jorge holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from CETYS Universidad, obtained in January 2006.
