Heather Waibel

Heather Waibel has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Heather is currently a Limited Partner at Ganas Ventures and Head of Product at Garten. In the past, they served as the CEO of Welnys, a marketplace for workplace wellness services. Heather was also an Advisor to the Business Development Incubator at New Jersey City University. Prior to that, they worked at PayPal in roles such as Business Operations, Consumer Credit and Consumer Product, Lead Global Solutions Producer, Lead Producer Europe, Middle-East and Africa, and Project Manager/Scrum Master. Heather has also founded Fumee, Inc., a retail cigar bar and e-commerce/tobacco media company, and served as a Board Member of the Texas Cigar Merchants Association. Additionally, they worked as a Marketing Consultant at WebLOQ Inc.

Heather Waibel holds an MBA in International Business from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, which they completed from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in German and Political Science from the University of Arizona, graduating in 2004. Additionally, they hold a Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance, obtained in 2012, and a Goethe C-1 German competency certificate from the Goethe-Institut e.V., obtained in 2004.
