Hugo Mallinson

Hugo Mallinson is an experienced research professional currently serving as Research Vice President at Gartner since April 2011, where responsibilities include leading research for CIO groups and collaborating with senior IT leaders globally. Prior to this role, Hugo held the position of Senior Research Director at The Research Board from April 2011 to April 2023, focusing on the intersection of technology and business and developing a European ecosystem of thought leaders. Hugo's earlier experience includes a PhD researcher role at Auto-ID Labs, University of Cambridge, concentrating on RFID performance in supply chains, and internships at Computer Recognition Systems and Amicas.
