Pam Riccio

Pam Riccio is the Managing VP of Global Risk & Business Operations at Gartner. Pam has been with the company since 1997, and in their current role, they are responsible for sales process management, relationship management, contract negotiation, team leadership, and business operations.

Under Pam's leadership, the sales team has been restructured and the account territory process has been reversed to decline contract value and drive future growth. Pam has also developed business and technical requirements for a complete revamping of sales compensation plans.

In addition to their work at Gartner, Pam has also led sales territory transitions to realign 10,000 clients from local account management to global account management to achieve alignment with strategic sales strategy. Pam has also developed rules of engagement policies for the company’s global sales force that dealt with external sales agents.

Pam Riccio has a BS in Economics and Business Administration from Eastern Connecticut State University. Pam also has an MBA from Sacred Heart University. Pam has a Certificate in Project Management for Team Members from The George Washington University School of Business. Pam also has an Executive Certificate in Negotiation Skills from the University of Notre Dame.
