Shyam Nair

Shyam Nair is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and organizational development, currently serving as Principal, Research at Gartner since September 2022. Prior roles include Assistant Manager and Lead Specialist in Learning and Organizational Development at Collabera Inc., where responsibilities involved designing employee life cycle programs and collaborating with HR business partners. Shyam also founded Strategyzer, a training company, and served as Assistant Manager of Business Development at Kunvarji Group, demonstrating expertise in client relationship management and digital marketing. Additionally, Shyam launched a startup, Call For Laundry, which achieved significant financial success. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Business Entrepreneurship from the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India and a Bachelor of Commerce from Gujarat University.
