Tia J. Coleman

Tia J. Coleman is currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Spero Technology, where responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive business strategies to enhance revenue growth and establish key partnerships within the IT industry. Tia is also a participant in the Google Black Genius Academy, focusing on empowering Black professionals in technology, and is a Tech Equity Fellow, contributing to initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion in the tech sector. Additionally, Tia is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and previously worked as an Associate Consultant at Storm3, connecting talent with HealthTech organizations. Tia's educational background includes a Bachelor's of Science in Biology, Pre-Medical from the University of Central Arkansas and Oklahoma Baptist University, and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health at LSU Shreveport.
