Tim Faulkner

Tim Faulkner is currently the Director of Risk Management Analyst for Business and Technology Insights at Gartner. They previously served as Management Consultant at Deloitte and held several roles at Homes England, including Head of Change Risk & Projects and Head of Land Risk. Tim has also worked as a Programme Manager at the Greater London Authority and as a Senior Manager at the Homes and Communities Agency, contributing significantly to risk management and programme delivery in the housing and regeneration sector. Tim is pursuing multiple degrees, including AI Ethics, Regulation and Compliance at Saïd Business School, and is enrolled in studies for a Master's in Real Estate Finance and Investment, as well as Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Policy and Sociological Research from The University of Sheffield.
