Ellen Wasyl

Ellen Wasyl is a seasoned senior executive specializing in strategic human resources management and the cultivation of positive organizational culture within the biotech sector. Currently serving as Vice President of People and Culture at Garuda Therapeutics since October 2023, Ellen also holds the title of Fractional/Interim Chief People Officer in Biotech at The Possibility Experience since September 2012, where a focus on fostering a startup culture of innovation and collaboration is emphasized. As the CEO, Founder, and Chief Possibilitarian® Officer, Ellen works closely with committed leaders to facilitate transformative results. Previous experience includes roles as an Executive Leadership Change Coach at The Mosaic Strategy and various leadership positions at Pfizer from 1997 to 2012, including Group Leader of Global Strategy & Innovation.
