Alice Tran

Alice Tran has a diverse work experience ranging from research positions to laboratory and hospitality roles. Alice started their career as a Food and Beverage Service team member at Hyatt Regency Sydney in February 2020. Later that year, they joined the Western Sydney Local Health District as a Student Intern, where they worked until February 2021. In December 2020, they began working as a Laboratory Assistant at SydPath Central Laboratory Service, a position they still hold. In February 2021, Alice became a Research Student at the University of Technology Sydney, where they worked until January 2023. Their most recent position is as a Research Assistant at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research, starting in January 2023.

Alice Tran has a Bachelor of Biomedical Science (Honours) degree in Medical and Molecular Biosciences from the University of Technology Sydney, which they obtained in 2022. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Medical Science from the same university between 2019 and 2021. Their secondary education includes a Higher School Certificate from Tempe High School, where they studied from 2017 to 2019. Alice also holds a High School Diploma in French from Le Hong Phong High School For The Gifted in HCMC, Vietnam, which they received in 2017. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in First Aid from Australia Wide First Aid RTO: 31961 in 2019.
