Mittal, Rashmi

Mittal, Rashmi has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. They began their career in 1995 at L&T as a Systems Executive, working on various projects in different verticals. They used technologies such as C++, Oracle, SQL Server, and Object Modeling Tools.

In 2001, Rashmi joined CoVia Technologies as a Software Engineer, playing a key role in designing and developing features using C++ and object databases for a web-based Content Management product.

From 2002 to 2003, they worked at Yodlee Inc as a Software Consultant, where they focused on core backend features including facilitating Single Sign-On using SAML and porting the backend to Linux.

In 2004, Rashmi joined Adobe Systems as a Sr. Computer Scientist and Tech Lead, demonstrating strong leadership skills and expertise in building solutions using various server and application technologies. They also collaborated with the research lab on video-related technologies and mentored team members.

From 2016 to 2017, they served as the Co-founder and Head of Technology at FinAskus, a fintech startup specializing in robo-advisory services in the financial sector. As the "hands-on" CTO, they led all technology-related decisions, discussions, and development efforts.

From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Endurance International Group as Sr Director Software Engineering, overseeing product teams in the Retail APAC and Domains business. They led development activities, particularly addressing scalability and reliability concerns for online brands.

Rashmi joined Quintype Technologies in 2019 as Vice President Engineering, a role they held until 2022.

Most recently, in 2022, they joined Garvis as the Vice President of Technology.

From 1991 to 1995, Mittal Rashmi attended the University of Mumbai, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering.
