Monique Dixon

Monique is new to GBA, joining the team in September of 2022. Monique has extensive experience writing, managing, and monitoring federal, state and community grant projects. For the past 10 years she has been actively engaged in regulatory compliance in the Senior Living Industry. Additionally, her years in governmental audit and finance (7), economic development (4), manufacturing (3) and as a small business owner (8) combine to bring diverse experience and knowledge to her role here at GBA.

Monique has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in vocal performance. She holds multiple industry specific certifications and licenses including certification as an Economic Development Finance Professional (EDFP), National Certified Director of Assisted Living (CDAL), Certified Job Developer (CJDP), and Certified ISO Internal Auditor (International Standards Organization). She is a Ford Foundation Fellow, graduating from their Community Leadership program in 2012.
