Scott Zieman

Director, Projects at Gas Liquids Engineering Ltd.

Scott Zieman, P.Eng., PMP, has over 18 years’ experience in the oil & gas industry. Seventeen years of his career have been spent in an EPCM environment in a project role. His last ten years have been almost exclusively in large gas plant project management. Scott’s experience with varying project sizes and clients and his successful execution of some of GLE’s largest projects are the foundation of the oversight Scott brings as Director of Projects. His whole-team approach fosters a culture that understands that a supported and happy team is a successful team.

Scott has engineered small projects for AEC/Encana, BP, Penn West and larger endeavors with Duke/Spectra early in his career. Since 2010 Scott has been instrumental to GLE’s success in projects for Murphy, AltaGas, Keyera and Seven Generations. Scott has developed many of his projects from Pre-FEED and FEED through detailed engineering execution and construction. He has extensive knowledge and experience with the full project cycle including commissioning and start and project close out. His comprehensive project experience and his accreditation as a Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) make him an asset to directing the project group at GLE.
