Derek Starr

Derek Starr has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Derek currently works as a Compliance Manager at Gas Pos since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Loan Officer at Avadian Credit Union from January 2020 to May 2023. Earlier in their career, Derek was self-employed and held the roles of Indirect Underwriter from February 2015 to January 2020, and Direct Underwriter from December 2013 to February 2015.

Derek Starr attended Auburn University from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Spanish. Additionally, during the same time period, they also earned another Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Auburn University.
