Lance Ayalahartland

Lance Ayalahartland is an accomplished engineering professional with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Chico. Currently serving as Engineering Team Lead at Gas Transmission Systems, Inc. since April 2019, Lance has successfully managed a team of 15 engineers on a $1.48 million project, developing over 900 Pipeline Features Lists for dual asset natural gas facilities. Previous experience includes a role as Associate Engineer at GTS, where Lance documented over 4,700 pipeline features and analyzed as-built drawings. Earlier positions include Project Engineer at Gordon N Ball Inc., overseeing publicly funded construction projects, and Environmental Technician at NRC National Response Corporation, specializing in oil spill remediation and waste management. Lance's career began in the United States Marine Corps as an Aviation Ordnance Technician, where essential maintenance and documentation of military aircraft systems were performed.
