Umair Majid

Umair Majid currently serves as the Human Capital Centre of Excellence Director at GASCO, where responsibilities include overseeing HR strategy, organizational design, talent management, and digitalization, while ensuring risk management and cybersecurity within HR operations. Prior experience includes the role of Organizational Development Manager at GASCO, Group Organizational Development & Rewards Manager at Abdulla Fouad Group, and HR Business Partner in both UAE & KSA and domestic operations for Descon Engineering Limited. Umair has a proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies across diverse industries and has successfully integrated nationalization programs while enhancing employee satisfaction and retention. Umair holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Iqra University.
