Martin Cottrell

Martin Cottrell has extensive work experience as a designer in the field of piping and mechanical design. Martin currently holds the position of Chief Design Draftsperson at Gasco Pty Ltd since January 2021. Before that, they worked at Wood where they served as a Principal Piping PDMS Designer from May 2012 to July 2020, and as a Principal Piping / Mechanical Designer from May 2010 to May 2012. Prior to Wood, Martin worked at Sigma3 Integrated Reservoir Solutions as a Principal Piping PDMS Designer from November 2006 to May 2010.

Martin Cottrell earned a BTEC Higher National Certificate of Plant Engineering from Richmond College of Engineering in Twickenham, UK, from 1988 to 1990. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificate of Basic Technical Training and a BTEC-National Certificate of Plant Engineering from the same institution in 1987 and 1988, respectively. Their education also includes a BTEC-National Certificate of Mechanical Engineering from Southend College of Technology in Essex, UK, from 1985 to 1987.
