Carlos Becerra

Carlos Becerra serves as the Chair of the Gaslamp Quarter Association, a non-profit organization that represents over 400 businesses in San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter. Becerra has also been the Managing Member of WSA Entertainment LLC, overseeing the development of Parq Restaurant & Nightclub, a premier venue located in a historic bank building. As the Founder and CEO of WSA Distributing, Becerra transformed the company from a small local distributor into one of the top specialized wireless distributors in the U.S., establishing valuable partnerships with major corporations. Additionally, Becerra was the Owner of Executive Communications, a prominent wireless retailer in Southern California, where innovative retail strategies were developed during a significant growth period in mobile phone retailing.
