La Juan Pruitt-Prince has extensive work experience in operations and lean manufacturing. They most recently worked as the Director of Operations at Gast Manufacturing, Inc. since April 2023. Before that, they held the position of Director of Business Excellence at Flex from April 2021 to April 2023. In 2022, they worked as an Operational Excellence | Lean Manufacturing Consultant at TimP LLC. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Consumers Energy, first as the Director of Operations Performance Continuous Improvement, and then as the Director of Lean Office, where they led the Lean business transformation. Prior to that, they held roles such as Sr. Lean Implementation Leader/Dir. of EOS at Mahle Behr Corporation and Global Director, Lean Transformation & EOS Flow 5 Corporate Champion - Thermal Systems at Delphi Corporation. From 2010 to 2014, they served as the Global Director - Lean Transformation - Thermal Sysems and Global Manager of Operational Excellence - Corporate HQ at Delphi.

La Juan Pruitt-Prince holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Michigan-Flint. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in "Articulating Your Value" and "Operational Excellence Foundations" from LinkedIn in August 2022. In August 2019, they also obtained a certification in "Executive Leadership" from LinkedIn.
