Joost Damen

Joost Damen is an experienced compliance and legal professional with a diverse background in corporate governance and integrity. Currently serving as Corporate Compliance & Integrity Officer at Gasunie since September 2022, Joost previously held various roles within the Dutch pension sector, including positions at Pensioenfederatie and TKP Pensioen, where oversight of integrity and corporate culture was a primary responsibility. Earlier career experiences include positions as Compliance Officer and Legal Counsel at Aegon Nederland and Dexia, where Joost focused on regulatory compliance, risk assessments, and legal advisement.
