Bill Mollon is an experienced professional in the field of customer support and product management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Support, Service, and Applications at Gatan Inc. since February 2005, where responsibilities include marketing and strategic development for Digital Imaging products. Prior experience includes managing the worldwide Tech Support team at KLA-Tencor, where Bill established a Customer Support center, and serving as an Applications Manager at Nissei Sangyo America. Bill's earlier roles include directing electron microscopy facilities at Baylor College of Medicine and UAB, as well as teaching and maintaining facilities at Central Michigan University. Bill holds a BS and MS in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Immunology, and Electron Microscopy from Central Michigan University.
