Betsy Alberty

Betsy Alberty is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Gate City Bank since July 2015, Alberty has also held positions as Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist within the same organization. Prior to Gate City Bank, Alberty worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Integrity Windows and Doors and as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter II at Bank of the West, where full life cycle recruiting for various branches and back office was a primary focus. Earlier experience includes serving as HR Generalist II at Prairie St. John's, specializing in employee relations and recruitment, and working as a Recruiter/Human Resources Assistant at Upstream LLC. Alberty holds a BBA in Marketing and Management from the University of North Dakota.
