Jawad Almohtar

Jawad Almohtar, CAMS, possesses extensive experience in compliance and anti-money laundering within the financial sector. Currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer at Gate.io, Jawad has previously held the same position at M2 and functioned as Head of Compliance and MLRO at Rain (ADGM). Additional roles include Compliance Manager at Matrix and AML Investigator (L3 Manager) at HSBC. Jawad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in business management from the Lebanese American University, obtained between 2007 and 2009.
