Steve Robinson is the Global Director of Business Engagement and Corporate Services at gategroup, where Steve is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key business users and managing business analysis to improve processes. With a background in IT leadership across various industries, including retail and logistics, Steve has a proven track record of delivering change and transformation programmes. Prior to their current role, Steve has held leadership positions at companies such as DHL Express, Jack Wills, and GlaxoSmithKline, demonstrating their expertise in IT management and programme delivery. Steve holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a Bsc (Hons) in Acoustic Engineering from the University of Southampton.
