Management and Operations

The Management and Operations team at gategroup oversees the strategic planning and operational execution to enhance the passenger onboard experience. This includes managing global design and branding, ensuring data quality and specification compliance, leading projects, running office and reception operations, handling global insurance, driving strategy and transformation initiatives, managing site operations, developing new business opportunities, optimizing SAP processes in Europe and Africa, overseeing commercial activities, and managing non-aviation events and airport lounges.
