Dupinder Sharma

Dupinder Sharma has worked as the Head of Department Operations at Gates Corporation since June 2017. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Federal-Mogul Powertrain from August 2007 to May 2017. In this role, they led production activities in piston manufacturing and implemented various world-class manufacturing techniques such as 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and TPM. Dupinder also focused on improving productivity in critical bottleneck areas of milling operations.

Dupinder Sharma obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they have a certification in the Facilitator Course of TPM from the Confederation of Indian Industry.
