Jürgen Krupp

Jürgen Krupp has extensive work experience in the legal field. Jürgen started their career as an Attorney/Lawyer at Kanzlei Müller, Eicks & Wienand in 2004, and later worked at a law firm in Munich from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, they joined Ball Corporation as a Company Lawyer EMEA, where they reported directly to the CFO and provided legal support for greenfield, M&A, and joint venture projects globally. In 2014, they became a Senior Legal Counsel International at Becton Dickinson Company, where they provided legal advice on contracts and commercial agreements. Jürgen then worked at UniCarriers Europe as the Head of Legal Europe/Legal Director Europe before joining Eaton EMEA as the Business Counsel ICPD Business Unit/Regional Counsel D-A-CH. In these roles, they advised senior management, negotiated contracts, managed litigation, and developed multinational teams. Since 2017, Jürgen Krupp has been working at Gates Corporation as the General Counsel & Vice President, EMEA. In this position, they serve as the chief legal advisor and oversees legal affairs in the EMEA region, including corporate governance, contracts, compliance, and financial transactions.

Jürgen Krupp has completed a Legal Clerkship in Cologne, focusing on International Business, Trade, and Tax Law. Jürgen has also obtained a Doctor of Law - JD degree from the University of Trier, specializing in the same field of study.
