Michael Loaiza

Michael Loaiza, MPM, MBA, has extensive experience in legal compliance and project management, currently serving as Legal Compliance Manager at Teradyne since September 2013. In this role, Michael is responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and managing compliance programs. Prior to this position, Michael held several roles including SEMI Compliance Manager and IT PMO Lead, demonstrating a strong capability in managing complex projects and compliance in the semiconductor industry. Michael's earlier experience includes roles at Chiquita and GS1 Costa Rica, where responsibilities included IT project management, quality analysis, and software engineering. Michael holds an MBA from ADEN University, a Master's in Project Management from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidad Internacional de las Américas.
