Manoj Saxena

Manoj Saxena has had an extensive career in operations and management. Manoj started in 1991 as an Assistant Manager of Production Engineering at GKN. Manoj then moved on to Benda Amtek Ltd as a Deputy General Manager of Operations from 1995 to 2000. Following this, they joined GKN Driveline India Ltd. Dharuhera as the Head of Manufacturing from 2000 to 2003. Manoj then became the Plant Manager at Federal-Mogul Corporation from 2003 to 2007. Manoj then worked at Caparo Fasteners Ltd. as a Director, where they effectively grew sales from 50L/month to more than 6 crore/month in less than 2 years. Most recently, they have held various roles at Gates Corporation, including India Operations Director, Director of Manufacturing Excellence, Managing Director of India Operations, and currently, the Senior Director of Operations for East Asia & India.

Manoj Saxena holds a B.Tech. degree in Production Engineering from Uttarakhand Jobs, completed in the years 1986-1991. Manoj further pursued an MBA in Finance from Indira Gandhi National Open University from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, they obtained a PGDBM in Business Management from the same university in 1998-1999. Manoj Saxena has also acquired a certification as a Certified Lead Auditor for TS16949 from QGS India.
