Pankaj Srivastava

Pankaj Srivastava has extensive work experience in procurement and sourcing roles. Pankaj currently serves as the Director of Sourcing (East Asia & India) at Gates Corporation since February 2021. Previously, they held the position of Vice President - Materials at Lohia Corp Limited from June 2015 to December 2020, where they were responsible for strategic sourcing, ancillary development, and material cost control. Pankaj also worked as the Head of Purchase (General Manager) at SKF INDIA LTD from November 2011 to May 2015 and as the Head of Material (Domestic & Global sourcing) at Knorr-Bremse from April 2004 to October 2011. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager of Materials at Eicher Tractor Ltd from July 1995 to April 2004 and in projects and materials role at BPL SANYO from April 1991 to July 1995.

Pankaj Srivastava completed a one-year certification course in General Management from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in 2015-2016. Pankaj obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Madhav Institute of Technology & Science, Jiwaji University between 1985 and 1990. Pankaj also completed their Higher Secondary education with a focus on Science & Maths from Miss Hills School in Gwalior.
