Lea Hunter

Lea Hunter has a diverse range of work experience in the mental health field. Lea is currently working as the Clinical Team Lead & Program Manager at Gateway Community Service Board, where they manage a multidisciplinary team and oversees program data, productivity, and financial budgets. Before that, they worked at Family Matters Counseling Center as a Provider & Consultant, providing clinical therapy to various client populations and assisting with administrative duties. Lea also served as a Behavioral Health Coordinator at Connectus Health, where they evaluated mental health issues in a primary care setting and provided short-term counseling and interventions. Lea was previously an Integrated Behavior Therapist at Neighborhood Health, where they provided health education and counseling services in nonprofit primary care clinics.
